Equipment and infrastructures

High-level equipment and infrastructure are available in the Department. It will benefit from a new building nearing completion for research in the field of food science. The Department also uses the services of the Interdisciplinary Measurement Center (CIM), including three NMRs, a Maldi-ToF/ToF mass spectrometer, an Orbitrap spectrometer.
