Organization

The governance structure provides for the presence and interaction of 3 bodies: the Steering Committee (SC), the Technical Committee (TC) and the External Advisory Board (EAB). The SC will be composed of the Scientific Manager of the project, the Administrative Management Manager (RAG), 3 professors of the Department proposed by the Scientific Manager and 1 representative of the researchers and will be responsible for planning and operational management of the project, monitoring and evaluating the results achieved . The SC will report to the Department Council (CdD) proposing the interventions necessary for the realization of the project and taking charge of applying the decisions of the CdD in order to constantly harmonize the project activities with the dynamics of the Department. The TC composed of a teacher appointed by the Director, by the Administrative Management Manager, and by 3 Technicians will take care of the financial management and management of the scientific instruments acquired with the project. The establishment of an EAB made up of 3 representatives of foreign universities, European research centers and companies is also envisaged, which will provide independent opinions and suggestions regarding the activity carried out with annual evaluation on the progress of the project Steering Committee a
