Development strategies
- A RECRUITMENT plan functional to both the scientific development and training implementation. In particular, the recruitment plan intends to attract expertise in scientific sectors and in specific areas not yet covered by the Departmental structure, thus bringing innovation and interdisciplinary skills in the teaching and research activity of the Department;
- Design and activation of a SECOND LEVEL DEGREE COURSE in Chemical Sciences (LM-54 of the Italian system), delivered in English, aimed at training experts in the field of chemistry and technology of products for health and wellbeing;
- Establishment of an INDUSTRIAL DOCTORAL CURRICULUM, transversal to the doctorate courses already active in Food Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences;
- BUILDING ON OF THE HIGH NUMBER OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS with European and non-European universities and research centers by encouraging the mobility of incoming and outgoing teaching staff, especially in relation to the two new highly qualified programs (Master's degree and industrial doctorate curriculum );
- BUILDING ON RESEARCH RESULTS IN PRE-COMPETITIVE AND COMPETITIVE INDUSTRIAL TRANSFER, with a view to introducing enabling technologies into the pharmaceutical, food and health product industries towards the creation of new business and product models, promoting on a regional and national transition to Industry 4.0;
- EXPANDING THE WIDE EQUIPMENT OF INSTRUMENTS already present in the Department by integrating them with advanced tools of the latest generation, aimed at a better and cutting-edge integration between Scientific-Disciplinary Sectors;
- DEVELOPMENT OF A MONITORING SYSTEM of the elements of excellence, of impact (internal in the growth of the department and in the regional, national and supranational system), of project implementation and of an associated reward system.
